Bahamia Rental has been providing exhibition and trade show equipment and services for the past 15 years. Standard exhibit booth packages include one exhibit booth, one 30” x 72” table, one white table cloth, two chairs and one garbage bin. Booth signs and additional décor are also available upon request. Request our trade show product sheet for more detailed information.

 

Pipe & Drape Exhibit Booths

Draping is available in a variety of colors including royal blue, gold, black, ivory and teal. The dimensions of single exhibit booths are 8’ x 10’ or 10’ x 10.

Registration counters provides a professional look for an area where you can fully service your exhibitor needs and requests.

Labour

We provide labor services to assist in set-up and dismantling of exhibitor’s trade show equipment. Labor services include on-site receiving and delivery of equipment, clearing container storage,  container loading services and daily booth cleaning services . Labor is supervised by our floor managers who are familiar with the popular exhibit site facilities in The Bahamas and are always readily available in the case of emergencies.

Furniture & Carpet

Poster Boards & Easels

    1. We provide poster boards & easels that will help enhance the quality of your display. Our poster boards are 6’ x 4’ with a push pin surface.
